A bill to extend further the deadline for seeking assistance under section 321 of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, as amended by the Act entitled "An Act to amend the Small Business Act", approved January 2, 1974.

Extends for 90 days from the date of enactment of this Act the deadline for seeking an emergency loan under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act in an area where, as a result of a natural disaster, there is a need for agricultural credit.
