A bill to provide cost-of-living adjustments in retirement pay of certain Federal judges.

Provides cost-of-living adjustments in retirement pay, calculated with respect to the Consumer Price Index, for Federal judges in territories and possessions of the United States. States that in no case shall the salary as increased under this Act exceed the salary of a United States district court judge in active service.
