A bill to amend section 1682 of title 38 (U.S.C.) in order to provide cost-of-living increases, on a quarterly basis, for veterans receiving educational assistance allowances.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide cost-of-living increases, on a quarterly basis, in the educational assistance allowances received by veterans. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1682)
