A bill to remove the exemption of ordinary livestock from the Interstate Commerce Act.

Removes the exemption for motor vehicles carrying ordinary livestock from the provisions of the Interstate Commerce Act relating to qualifications and maximum hours of service of employees and safety of operation or standards of equipment. (Amends 49 U.S.C. 303(b)(6))
