A bill to amend the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966 to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 1975, 1976 and 1977.

Authorizes appropriations under the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of $50,000,000 for fiscal year 1975; $53,000,000 for fiscal year 1976; and $55,000,000 for fiscal year 1977. (Amends 15 U.S.C. 1409)
