A bill to amend chapter 34 of title 38 of the United States Code to make veterans with more than 89 days' active duty eligible for veterans educational benefits.

Provides that veterans with more than eighty-nine days active duty (presently one hundred and eighty days) shall be eligible for veterans' educational benefits payable by the Veterans' Administration. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 1652(a)).
