A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to reduce and then repeal the credit against the minimum wage which is bases on tips received by tipped employees.

Reduces the credit under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 against the minimum wage which is based on tips received by tipped employees. Repeals such provisions effective one year after the enactment of this Act. (Amends 29 U.S.C. 203 (m))
