A bill to amend the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to establish the National Advisory Council on International Monetary and Financial Policies, and for other purposes.

Establishes the National Advisory Council on International Monetary and Financial Policies. States who shall serve on the council.

Provides that the council shall recommend to the President and Congress general policy directives on international monetary and financial policies. Specifies the exact areas of consultation.

Requires the Council to make an annual report with respect to U.S. participation in the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development to the President and Congress.
