Authorizes the United States Army Band, United States Navy Band, United States Air Force Band, and United States Marine Band to participate in the production of a collection of recordings for commercial sale, in conjunction with the American Revolution Bicentennial.
Allows the Secretary of Defense or his designee to enter into such contract or contracts, under such terms as the Secretary or his designee may determine to be in the best interest of the Government, for the production and sale of the collection of recordings authorized by this Act.
