A bill to expand the Boulder Canyon project to provide for the construction of a highway crossing of the Colorado River immediately downstream from Hoover Dam.

Provides for the construction of a highway crossing of the Colorado River immediately downstream from the Hoover Dam.

Provides that the cost of the highway crossing shall be recoverable from revenues from the Boulder Canyon Project.
