A bill to amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to provide Federal assistance for interscholastic athletic programs in secondary schools associated with community improvement programs.

Provides for Federal assistance for interscholastic athletic programs in secondary schools associated with community improvement programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. Authorizes the appropriation of $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1973, and for each succeeding fiscal year thereafter for grants under this Act.
