A bill to amend title 39, United States Code, to apply to the U. S. Postal Service certain provisions of law providing for Federal agency safety programs and responsibilities.

Requires the United States Postal Service to establish and maintain an effective and comprehensive occupational safety and health program which is consistent with the standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
