A bill to terminate the airlines mutual aid agreement.

States that the Airlines Mutual Aid Agreement approved by the Civil Aeronautics Board is adverse to the public interest and is hereby terminated. Makes April 5, 1974 the effective date of this Act. (Amends 49 U.S.C. 1382)
