Deletes from the Act of September 21, 1965, providing for the establishment of the Assateague Island National Seashore in the States of Maryland and Virginia, the provisions requiring the Secretary of the Interior to set aside lands for the construction of public accomodations and for the construction of a road from the Chincoteague-Assateague Island Bridge to a recreation area in the wildlife refuge. Provides for the development of a comprehensive plan by the Secretary setting forth the most feasible and prudent methods of land use in a manner compatible with the preservation of the seashore, and, in place of the road, a visitor transportation system for visitors to that portion of the seashore located in the State of Virginia.
