A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code so as to make presumptions relating to certain diseases applicable to veterans who served during the period between the end of World War II and the beginning of the Korean conflict.

Authorizes the Veterans' Administration to make eligibility-related presumptions relating to specified diseases applicable to veterans who served during the period between the end of World War II and the beginning of the Korean conflict (December 31, 1946 through June 26, 1950).
