A bill to terminate the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973 on the last Sunday of October 1974, and to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966 in order to provide that daylight saving time as provided for under such act shall be from the last Sunday in October of each year.

Terminates the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973 on the last Sunday of October 1974 (now April 1975).

Provides that daylight saving time as provided for under the Uniform Time Act of 1966 shall be from the last Sunday in February until the last Sunday in October of each year.
