A bill to reimburse the States for all unemployment compensation paid to individuals whose unemployment is attributable to the oil crisis.

Authorizes the Secretary of Labor to reimburse the States for all unemployment compensation paid to individuals whose unemployment is attributable to the oil crisis. Establishes on the books of the U.S. Treasury a trust fund known as the "Oil Emergency Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund" for the making of payments to the States.
