Emergency Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Tax Reduction Act - Reduces the excise tax on gasoline, diesel fuel, and special motor fuels by 2 cents per gallon. States that such reduction shall end on the earlier of the date on which the President declares that there is not a fuel shortage or June 30, 1975.
