A bill to provide for the crediting of certain past employment by certain persons subject to the National Guard Technicians Act of 1968.

Defines the term "service," for purposes of crediting past employment by persons subject to the National Guard Technicians Act, to include any period of employment for a unit of the Army or Air National Guard under what is commonly known as 'service contract status' if immediately before, immediately after, or immediately before and after such period of employment the person concerned performed service as a technician.
