A bill to amend the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973 to roll back the price of propane gas.

Provides, under the provisions of the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973, for a roll back of the wholesale and retail prices of propane gas.

Requires that the President shall, in the administration of the pricing authority under the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973, provide for the equitable allocation of costs among different petroleum products covered by such Act.
