A bill to require licensed undertakers in the District of Columbia to furnish financial statements when funeral arrangements are made.

Requires licensed undertakers in the District of Columbia to furnish financial statements when funeral arrangements are made and prior to payment therefor.

Provides that any person found in violation of this Act shall be fined not more than $300, and in addition may have his undertaker's license suspended or revoked.
