Equal Consumer Credit Act - Prohibits discrimination on account of sex or marital status against individuals seeking credit. Prescribes fines for specified categories of violations of this Act and costs, together with a reasonable attorney's fee, of any successful action to enforce a liability under this Act, to be assessed against the liable party.
