A bill to further the purposes of the Wilderness Act by designating certain lands for inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System, to provide for study of certain additional lands for such inclusion, and for other purposes.

Eastern Wilderness Areas Act - Designates specified lands in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin for inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System.

Provides for a study of specified additional lands in nine States for such inclusion. Provides for the filing of maps and descriptions, the management of wilderness areas, and the transfer of Federal property where necessary pursuant for this Act.

Authorizes to be appropriated up to $5,000,000 for the acquisition of land and $1,700,000 for purposes of conducting the review of wilderness study areas designated by this Act.
