Extends for three months (until July 1, 1974) those provisions of the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 which relate to the date before which a State under such Act may provide its determination of the existence of an "on" or "off" indicator for the purpose of measuring extended benefits periods.
