A bill to amend the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969 to eliminate the support requirements for divorced wives and surviving divorced wives.

Eliminates the requirement of paying support benefits to divorced wives and surviving divorced wives, who are not married, of miners who are victims of Black Lung Disease. (Amends 30 U.S.C. 902)
