A bill to amend chapter 3 of title 3, United States Code, to provide for the protection of foreign diplomatic mission.

Extends the protection of the Executive Protective Service to all foreign diplomatic missions located in the United States, its territories, and possessions (presently limited to missions located in Washington, D.C.). (Amends 3 U.S.C. 202).
