Establishes a trust fund in the Treasury of the United States to be known as the National Elderly and Handicapped Housing Loan Fund. Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to use such Fund to make loans under this Act.
Directs the Secretary, to the maximum extent practicable, to use the services and facilities of the private mortgage industry in servicing mortgage loans under this Act.
