A bill to remove Senators and Representatives from the application of section 225 of the Federal Salary Act of 1967 pertaining to the Commission on Executive Legislative, and Judicial Salaries, to provide for cost-of-living adjustments in the salaries of such officials, and for other purposes.

Removes Senators, Representatives, the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico, and Delegates to the House of Representatives from the application of the Federal Salary Act of 1967 pertaining to the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries. Provides for cost-of-living adjustments in the salaries of such officials based upon increases in the Consumer Price Index. (Amends 2 U.S.C. 356)
