National Cancer Act Amendments - Increases the authorization of appropriations under the Public Health Service Act for the basic cancer research and training program and the prevention and control program. Extends such Act for three years with appropriations of $750,000,000 $830,000,000 and $985,000,000 for fiscal years 1975-1977, respectively.
Authorizes the awarding of grants for the improvement of basic research laboratory facilities, including those related to biohazard control, as deemed necessary, for the national cancer program.
