A bill to amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 with respect to the emergency treatment of imports of agricultural commodities and products thereof.

Revises the Agricultural Adjustment Act with regard to the President's authority to limit imports by providing that in an emergency the President may only limit the amount of agricultural import products which may be entered or withdrawn from warehouses for consumption.
