A bill to authorize the disposal of tantalum minerals from the national stockpile.

Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to dispose of approximately three million seventeen thousand eight hundred and twenty pounds of tantalum minerals now held in the national stockpile established pursuant to the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act.
