A bill to authorize appropriations for the saline water program for fiscal year 1975.
Authorizes the appropriation of $13,910,000 during fiscal year 1975 to carry out the provisions of the Saline Water Conversion Act of 1971.
Authorizes, in addition to such sum, the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary for increases in salary, pay, retirement, or other employee benefits authorized by law or other nondiscretionary costs.
