A bill to provide for cremation sites at national cemeteries; and to assure that adequate grave sites are available for certain veterans in Arlington National Cemetery.

Provides for cremation sites at national cemetaries. Directs the Secretary of the Army to set aside all of the area of Arlington National Cemetery usable for burial plots on the effective date of this Act to be used exclusively for the burial of qualified deceased military personnel.
