A bill to amend Public Law 90-206, relative to the terms under which recommendations submitted to the Congress pursuant to the report of the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries may become effective.

Requires the affirmative acceptance by roll call vote of both Houses of Congress of recommendations for pay adjustments submitted to Congress pursuant to the report of the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary Salaries before such recommendations may become effective.
