Establishes weight restrictions for vehicles on the Insterstate System. Provides that no funds authorized to be appropriated for any fiscal year under the Federal-Aid Highway Act shall be allocated to any State within the boundaries of which the Interstate System may be used by vehicles in excess of the established weight limitation.
