A bill to clarify the authority of the Attorney General of the United States to exclude and deport aliens for fraudulent entry.

Specifies the grounds of inadmissibility of an alien at the time of entry which the Attorney General, in his discretion, may waive for an alien who has previously been legitimately admitted, and who was otherwise admissible at the time of entry.
