A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to make certain that recipients of veterans' pension and compensation will not have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced because of certain increases in monthly social security benefits.

Provides that recipients of veterans' pension and compensation shall not have the amount of such pension or compensation reduced because of increases in monthly social security benefits which resulted from the enactment of Public Law 92-336, 93-66, and 93-233 or any subsequent cost of living increase under title II of the Social Security Act.

Provides that the provisions of this Act shall apply to annual income determinations for calendar years after 1971.
