A bill to amend the Organic Act of Guam to provide for a certain procedure for the settlement of claims arising out of the acquisition of property in Guam by the United States.

Provides, under the Organic Act of Guam, a procedure for the settlement of claims arising out of the acquisition of property in Guam by the United States. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to satisfy claims brought under this Act.

Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
