A bill to repeal the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973, and to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to provide that the standard time shall be advanced 1 hour during the period beginning on the first Sunday in June and ending on the last Sunday in August of each year.

Eliminates daylight saving time under the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973. Provides that the standard time, under the Uniform Time Act of 1966, shall be advanced one hour during the period beginning on the first Sunday in June and ending on the last Sunday in August of each year.
