A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide medical care for certain retired merchant seamen, and for other purposes.

Provides medical care under the Public Health Services Act for retired merchant seamen, whose age when added to the number of years and days during which other provisions of such Act are applicable to him, equals or exceeds seventy-five years. (Adds 42 U.S.C. 249(a)(9))
