A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for the payment by the Government of all costs of the Federal employees basic group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance program.

Provides for the payment by the Goverment of all costs of the Federal employees basic group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance program with regard to eligible Federal employees on approved leave without pay.
