A bill to amend section 5584 of title 5, United States Code, to include claims for overpayments of pay and allowances to employees of the Government Printing Office.

Includes claims for overpayments of pay and allowances to employees of the Government Printing Office among those claims which may be waived in whole or in part by the United States. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5584)
