A bill to amend section 1871 of title 28 of the United States Code relating to the travel allowance of grand and petit jurors.

Removes the subsistence allowance, which would be paid to a juror if he had remained at the place of trial overnight or during temporary recess, as the ceiling for daily travel expenses.
