A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code to require the presentation of full military honors at the burial of veterans.

Requires the presentation of full military honors at the burial of veterans upon the request of the next-of-kin of the deceased, if such deceased will be buried within a radius of fifty miles of a military installation or post. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 1489)
