A bill to authorize the establishment of a mainland headquarters for the Channel Islands National Monument in the State of California.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to accept land within the Ventura Marina, California, for the establishment of a mainland headquarters for the Channel Islands National Monument in the State of California. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
