Requires that whenever any public lands of the United States have been held by adverse possession under claim of title for a continuous period of not less than twenty years, the United States shall be prohibited from making any entry on, or bringing any action to recover, such lands.
Provides that such prohibition shall not apply in any case where such lands were so held by more than one person unless there existed privity of estate between the persons holding such lands.
