A bill to establish a temporary embargo on the exportation of certain chemical fertilizers.

Provides that during the one hundred and eighty-day period, beginning on the tenth day after the date of the enactment of this Act, no person shall export from the United States any chemical fertilizer.

States that any person who knowingly violates the provisions of this Act shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
