A bill to provide for construction of certain bridges, approaches, and roads in the Panama Canal Zone, and for other purposes.

Directs the Governor of the Canal Zone, under the supervision of the Secretary of the Army, to construct and maintain across the Atlantic sea level portion of the Panama Canal a bridge clear of all locks and dams of the canal and with a clearance not less than the clearance of the Thatcher Ferry Bridge in the Canal Zone; to construct and maintain a bridge at a suitable point across the Chagres River in the Canal Zone; and to construct and maintain approaches and additional roads in the Canal Zone as may be necessary to provide appropriate highway connection of each such bridge with the road system of the Canal Zone and the road system of the Republic of Panama.

Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to finance the construction, operation, and maintenance of such bridges, approaches, and roads in accordance with the Act.
