A bill to provide for the suspension of annual assessment work on mining claims held by location in the United States.

Provides for the suspension until July 1, 1980, of annual assessment work which requires that not less than $100 worth of labor to be performed or improvements aggregating such amount be made each year on mining claims held in the United States.
