A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to narrow the circumstances under which an employer employing employees subject to that act may have wage differentials based on the sex of the employees.

Provides that employers employing employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 under the minimum wage provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act base its minimum wage on a differential based on any other factor than sex.
